Bhiwadi is situated in Alwar district of Rajasthan. The city is 65 kilometres away from the national capital New Delhi, 200 kilometres from Jaipur, 90 kilometres from Alwar, 22 kilometres from Gurgaon and 60 kilometres from Faridabad. It can be reached from the National Highway NH8 (Delhi-Jaipur highway) via Dharuhera, in 20 minutes from Hero Honda Chowk (Gurgaon) and in 40-45 minutes from IGI Airport, New Delhi.
Economy, Industry & Employment
The DMIC (Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor) has effectively connected with the western and northern markets, which shall create ample opportunities for industrial establishment. Nearly 60% of the state's area (including major districts like Jaipur, Alwar, Kota and Bhilwara) comes under the project influence area. The nearest railway station to Bhiwadi is Rewari Junction which is 26 kilometres south of city. The Indira Gandhi International Airport is 55 kilometres north of the city. The popular Gurgaon-Sohna-Tauru-Dharuhera road is also well connected to Bhiwadi.
