These activities have not been authorised by PropTiger and have no connection or association whatsoever with PropTiger.
If you receive any communication or are directed to any website or social media account claiming to represent PropTiger, please exercise caution and independently verify its authenticity before providing any information or taking any action.
In particular:
- Do not share your Aadhaar, PAN, passport, bank account details, card details, passwords, OTPs, or other personal or financial information in response to any such communication.
- Do not transfer money or make any payment to any person or account claiming to represent PropTiger unless you have independently verified the request with us through our official channels.
- Do not click on links or download documents/apps sent to you by unknown persons claiming to represent PropTiger.
- Please be particularly cautious of requests for investments, payments, fees, deposits, account-opening charges, processing fees or other financial transactions made in our name.
- Please verify that you are dealing with https://www.proptiger.com/ and our officially verified social media accounts before sharing any information.
PropTiger does not authorise any third party to collect personal information or solicit payments from members of the public on its behalf through any unauthorised website, social media account, telephone number, email address or other communication channel.
If you believe you have been contacted by someone falsely representing themselves as PropTiger, or have shared information or transferred money in response to such a communication, please contact us immediately at customer.service@proptiger.com.
You should also consider reporting the matter to the relevant law-enforcement/cybercrime authorities and, where applicable, your bank or other financial institution without delay.
