PropTiger.com and our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively the “Company” or "PropTiger.com") give you access to services like the www.Proptiger.com website (the "Website"), our mobile apps (the “Mobile App”), and all products and services available through them (collectively the "Services").

Proptiger.com connects property sellers with buyers through a simple interface for listing real estate projects. We and our affiliates/group companies don't offer other services for commercial or any purposes. We just make third-party info available by temporarily hosting or sharing it. PropTiger.com does not:

• Initiate any transmission.
• Select the receiver of the transmission.
• Select or modify the information in the transmission.

Our platform connects you to real estate info and services, but we don't validate listings—please verify them independently via RERA portals. Content is provided "as is" with no warranties on accuracy.

Don't use the Service for unlawful activities, spam, or infringing content. Comply with RERA for all property dealings.

This document and the Privacy Policy are electronic records under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, as well as amended provisions for electronic records in various statutes. These Terms of Use are an electronic record under applicable law, generated by a computer system—no physical or digital signatures needed.

We're not responsible for actions, products, content, or services linked to affiliates/third-party sites via APIs. PropTiger.com doesn't facilitate, negotiate, or participate in property sales, buys, rentals, etc. We're not responsible for dealings, transactions, quality assurances, or claims between users. We're not party to legal proceedings between them—if implicated, we'll recover costs from the naming party.

Always verify property/project authenticity, title, area, and suitability at your cost.

As an advertising platform, we don't validate content—much is user/builder-uploaded without filtering. We'll address complaints.

Copyright and Trademark Policy: All content (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, clips, downloads, data, software) is owned by the Company/content suppliers, protected by copyright. Site software is ours.

Sale/Merger: User info is a business asset. It may be disclosed in mergers, acquisitions, sales, insolvency, etc.

Arbitration: Disputes on use, validity, etc., go to a sole neutral arbitrator chosen by PropTiger.com. Their decision is final. Venue: Gurgaon, Haryana. Governed by Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

Grievance Redressal: Report complaints, abuse, content issues, or breaches to customer.service@proptiger.com. Any grievance so received by the Company shall be resolved within the best possible time.
