Roopkala is monumentally unique in its design and is contemporary in several ways. To begin with, it follows an unconventional form in its elevation, which forms a continuous S form. This feature is accentuated by its use of glass, steel and ACP in its framework. The building also has a special glass running through the building's length and features specially chosen features such as full height glazing and flats with 180-degree openings.
