Al Quoz is a neighbourhood in Dubai, located towards the city’s west. It is bound by areas such as Al Safa, Al Manara, Umm Al Sheif and Al Wasl. These form an elongated rectangle between Sheikh Zayed Roads and Al Khail. Al Quoz is mainly a residential area towards the northeast, while the southwest is an industrial stretch comprising of four sub-communities each. The area is near to destinations like Business Bay and Safa Park.
The residential neighbourhoods are in Al Quoz 4, 2 and 1 which are dominated by Emirati families mostly. Al Quoz 2 is a newly built area towards the south of the Al Khail Road which continues on to Meydan and is the only neighbourhood that lies outside the rectangle. It is host to the Pond Park. The Al Quoz 3 is mostly an industrial area.

The industrial areas of Al Quoz 1, 2, 3 and 4 are located towards the southwest of the area and are being developed by the Dubai Municipality as a mass accommodation and industrial area. Al Quoz is renowned for its art galleries and warehouse spaces. The Alserkal Avenue in Al Quoz is a significant hub of contemporary arts. The boulevard is also home to the Salsali Private Museum and several coffee shops and art galleries.
The nearest metro station to Al Quoz is the Noor Bank Metro Station. The Dubai International Airport is around 21.9 kilometres from here along the Al Khail Road.
