Outer Ring Road (ORR) is an 8-lane ring road expressway which encircles the Hyderabad city in Telangana. The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) built it and it covers several urban nodes including Hi-Tech city, Hyderabad International Airport, Nanakramguda Financial District, Hardware Park, IKP Knowledge Park, Singapore Financial District and Games Village.
ORR enjoys connectivity to other parts of the city via NH-44, NH-65, NH-61, NH-163 and NH-765. Some state highways also connect it to other cities such as Vikarabd Nagarajunsagar and Karimnagar/Mancherial.
ORR South real estate has increased in demand due to its proximity and connectivity to other parts of the city.
