Chaksu is known for the Barkhera Jain Temple, Bada Padampura Jain Temple and Sheetla Mata Temple situated on the Tonk Road. Chaksu has its own railway station, which is along the Mumbai-Jaipur route. The nearest airport is the Jaipur International Airport, around 25 kilometres from here. Areas such as Jagatpura and Mansarovar can be accessed easily from here.
